...from Father Henry Mulindwa: "One step at a time, a project of extending a power line to the St. Charles School in Masaka, Uganda has come to fruition through the Promise of Hope Foundation (POHF). A few dollars at a time grew a fund that paid for this project. It began as a concept to help someone in acute need. A small seed planted in the minds of many local people was the act of assisting with this project. The seed grew and their assistance included a harvest of donations."
